What is included in the flat rate?
Each rental includes delivery, your selected rental timeframe, and final pickup. Additional charges may apply for overweight loads, restricted materials, or extra service requests.
How do overage charges work?
Additional charges may apply for weight beyond the included amount or for certain heavy debris types. We clearly communicate any additional charges before invoicing.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, same-day delivery may be available depending on schedule and location. Use the Reserve Dumpster page or call for fast confirmation.
Where can the dumpster be placed?
We can place dumpsters on most driveways, job sites, warehouses, and commercial locations. Driveway-safe placement is available upon request.
Do you service my area?
We proudly serve St. Augustine, Jacksonville, Palatka, Green Cove Springs, Nocatee, and surrounding Northeast Florida areas.
What items are not allowed?
Hazardous materials, chemicals, tires, batteries, wet paint, and certain restricted waste items are not allowed. Contact us with questions before loading.
Can contractors schedule recurring swaps?
Yes. We offer contractor priority scheduling, recurring swaps, and monthly commercial service options.
